Essential Job Duties of a Companion Driver
- Provide transportation, companionship, and assistance to older adults and patients.
- Assist clients with getting in and out of the vehicle, and help with any personal items they may have. This includes accompanying clients inside grocery stores, to doctor appointments, or taking them to work.
- Ensure that all services are delivered safely and responsibly, including the safe operation of the vehicle.
