Summary:
The Global Services Coordinator works on the Global Services Team in providing financial services to US Mob Base, missionaries, appointees, other PI Gateways, the International Office, and Partner Organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Understand financial process and transactions pertaining to missionaries, appointees, other PI Gateways, the International Directors Office (IDO), and Partner Organizations.
- Coordinate with Finance team members and other Orlando based teams related to interactions with missionaries, appointees, other PI Gateways, the IDO, and Partner Organizations.
- Navigate various systems and platforms, such as NetSuite (FMS) and other software.
- Process advances, invoices, transfers, allocations, recurring entries, and wires for appointees and missionaries.
- Provides assistance to missionaries/appointees on new policies as applicable.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Global Services manager.

- Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
- Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.

- Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
Additional Notes:
This is a Hybrid Position. M-F 5 hours pers day (approximately 9am to 2pm), requiring to be in the office at least twice a week for training as well as once a month for monthly team meetings. Additional in-person meetings may be required on an as needed basis.
