GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
- This position oversees implementing and managing the overall Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning process and coordinating and tracking Key Performance Indicators for Envu’s North American business unit.
- The role is to be the primary point of contact for all things related to the SIOP. They will be the key facilitator for the Sales Forecast, Supply, and Financial review meetings. They will also take part in and coordinate the monthly Segment SIOP meetings, as well as the Regional SIOP meeting.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Establish & execute all facets of the Global SIOP process to provide an optimum customer service level and working capital performance as defined by the organization’s business operating plans and strategic objectives.
- Lead the Segment & Regional SIOP management reviews, coordinate the preparation of data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented, guide final decision-making on open items and trade-offs, and prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate. Additionally, create the SIOP minutes, communicate key conclusions to stakeholders, and perform follow-up of the actions using appropriate business tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, & Finance to ensure that the appropriate data is available and accurate for the creation of the business Budgets. Work with the teams to ensure that the budget process is smooth from a data and analysis standpoint.
- Partner with the commercial business teams to ensure the demand consensus process delivers an agreed upon, workable volume forecast (mid and long-term); ensure gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives.
- Ensure smooth transition of New Product Introductions from Commercialization to Mass Production by integrating demands into the invoice forecast, as well as managing End of Life activities on products being phased out to ensure Product Supply has a complete picture of future demands.
- Assist in quantifying and defining scope for capacity, resource, logistics, and supply chain planning. Analyze supply and demand issues and facilitate resolution throughout the supply chain.
- Evaluate supply chain performance and capability, building into the SIOP process risk mitigating approaches to manage performance variation.
- Maintain forecasts and manage links between systems for forecasting, master production scheduling, and inventory management utilizing the appropriate tools available to Envu.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
- BS/BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field of study; MBA is preferred.
- 8 years of experience in demand management, planning, and scheduling or other supply chain focus is required.
- Self-motivated leader, with the ability to steer processes and influence others who are not direct reports.
- Requires an innovative, process-oriented thinker, capable of integrating technology into practical business solutions.
- Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution.
- Must be able to implement successful Change Management strategies.
- Must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to use data from disparate sources to make analyses and recommendations.
- Experience re-engineering and/or establishing processes.
