Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 – $110,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Responsible for leading from the floor, ensuring seamless service and high energy during peak dining periods, delivering top-tier guest service, setting the standard for hospitality excellence.
- Managing the host desk efficiently, optimizing reservations and walk-in flow to maximize revenue.
- Training and developing staff in fundamental service and floor management to enhance the guest experience.
- Driving upselling and sales growth, coaching the team on menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
- Overseeing daily operations, budgeting, and cost control, maintaining efficiency and profitability
More about you
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an Assistant General Manager role in a high volume restaurant
- Entrepreneurial skills and skills in financial management and budgeting
- Ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce, working independently and as part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
- knowledge of microsoft programs such as word and excel
