Social Media Strategist

Enzymedica, a global leader in the enzyme supplement industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Social Media Strategist with experience in marketing consumer packaged goods for an onsite opportunity in Venice, FL.   We are seeking someone who has experience with email management systems like Klaviyo, Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc for email and SMS management. We also require proficiency in digital analysis tools, including Google Analytics, social media platform-specific analytics, and various SEO tools. We also require proficiency with Meta, TikTok, and Google ads that includes a clear understanding of each platform’s core features, as well as a technical understanding of each network’s advertising capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or another related field.
• Experience with email management systems like Klaviyo, Constant Contact, MailChimp.
• Experience in marketing consumer package goods.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media, email blasts, blogs, and other consumer engagement activities.
• Proficiency in digital analysis tools, including Google Analytics, social media platform-specific analytics, and various SEO tools.
• Strong proficiency with Meta, TikTok, and Google ads that includes a clear understanding of each platform’s core features, as well as a technical understanding of each network’s advertising capabilities.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Exceptional communication skills, especially written communication.

·        Must be able to maintain high degree of confidentiality. Ability to multi-task, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time accordingly to meet deadlines and requirements of the organization.

·        Demonstrated ability to be an individual contributor or work in team-based environment.

The Social Media Strategist is responsible for the day-to-day operational success of the paid and organic social campaign activations. This person helps to develop and implement content marketing strategies, email strategy, blog articles and content approach and analysis of performance to drive our business objectives. This person will collaborate with the Director of Creative Campaigns as well as the creative teams and external partners to launch innovative, trending, integrated social media campaign activations.

The Social Media Strategist plays a pivotal role, in coordination with marketing and creative leadership, in driving the voice and direction of our brand across various digital platforms.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as required):

• Assist the Director of Creative Campaigns, help establish strategy for our content, latest social trends, visual and written styles inspiration, as a collaboration with our creative team. Verify quality of all content, including grammar, punctuation, accuracy, etc.
• Create account schedules that support commercial strategy objectives and coordinate all the needed assets, copy and links to hit deadlines.
• Monitor overall social performance along with individual campaign performance. Analyze and report on KPIs and take action to drive positive results that outline insights on media delivery, engagement, creative, website traffic, attribution, and key learnings.
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including Commercial Strategy, related work centers and leadership.
• Eye for compelling, on-brand content with a clear understanding of the social media landscape.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media, email blasts, blogs, and other consumer engagement activities.
• Experience with software planning for content management.
• Manage all social media platforms, including branded content, influencer/affiliate/UGC programs, and customer service processes in response to consumer messages/comments.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks with internal and external resources as required, including, but not limited to, freelance content creators, including copywriters, UGC/influencers, videographers, photographers etc.
• Research consumer and digital trends and regularly bring insights to the broader marketing team to support strategy development and new product execution.
• Maintain a working relationship with TikTok, Meta Pro Team and Google for analytic results and enhancements.
• Help drive internal content creation for Enzymedica team to share engaging content and join cultural conversation as a brand.
• Proficiency with Meta, TikTok, and Google ads that includes a clear understanding of each platform’s core features, as well as a technical understanding of each network’s advertising capabilities.
• Adhere to all Enzymedica, Inc. policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
• Participate in Performance Improvement and safety initiatives, including job related and annual training(s), i.e., cGMP, SQF.
