What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Assistant Manager position at Eola Heights Apartments?
Eola Heights Apartments is a 152 unit apartment community in West Salem that strives to provide a great home for all of our residents through excellent service and quality apartments.
We are looking for a strong self-starting and organized individual to hire as an On Site Assistant Manager.
Prior apartment and/or customer service experience experience preferred.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
Showing apartments to prospective tenants, assisting with applications and move in paperwork and leasing apartments.
Assisting with marketing, writing and issuing resident memos and notices, and filing.
Accepting rent payments, and making deposits.
Must be able to take directions and be self-starter.
Relate professionally with residents, vendors and other employees.
Have driver's license and insurance for Oregon.
Able to live on site.
Treat all residents of the community with respect and compassion.
Pay will be comprised of Base Pay plus apartment value, for a total of $25.00 an hour between the two.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
