Job Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse / Field Support Specialist to provide operational support in our warehouse while assisting field operations as needed. This role requires a balance of hands-on warehouse duties and field service support to ensure smooth operations, effective order fulfillment, and excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and demonstrate the flexibility to support various aspects of our field and warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Warehouse Operations :
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Package and prepare items for shipment according to company and industry standards.
Field Support :
Assist field technicians with equipment preparation, loading, and transportation.
Deliver tools, parts, or supplies to field sites as needed.
Provide hands-on support during on-site installations or service calls as required.
Communicate effectively with field teams to address immediate needs or resolve operational challenges.
Cross-Functional Support :
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to prioritize and fulfill orders efficiently.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks in coordination with other departments.
Ensure all outgoing products meet quality standards and resolve order discrepancies or damaged goods promptly.
Support other areas of operations as required to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications : Required :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Proficiency in inventory management systems or warehouse software.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with both warehouse and field teams.
Preferred :
Forklift certification
Familiarity with field service operations or technical support environments.
Basic mechanical or technical aptitude for supporting field equipment.
