Responsibilities
Lot Organization: Maintain a well-organized dealership lot to ensure an appealing visual display of vehicles.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage vehicle inventory, ensuring all models are accurately listed and displayed.
Vehicle Presentation: Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for customer viewing at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to facilitate the movement and delivery of vehicles as required.
Customer Experience: Assist customers in locating specific vehicles of interest and provide a friendly, informative experience.
Security: Ensure the safety and security of the lot, taking measures to prevent theft or damage to vehicle inventory.
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in auto dealership lot management or a related field is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to maintain an organized lot and accurate documentation.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve logistical and operational challenges efficiently.
