EOS Defense Systems USA, Inc. is currently seeking an a professional front desk administrator to oversee all administrative duties at our main entrance desk. Perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, conference room scheduling and preparing the Company bi-weekly newsletter. This is an On-Site position.
Major Responsibility Areas And Duties
- Greet visitors with a high level of professionalism and maintain an accurate log of all visitors.
- Oversee the upkeep of the reception area.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Maintain the Front Conference Room schedule.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate person and take messages if necessary.
- Assist with trade show materials.
- Produce the company bi-weekly newsletter.
- Other duties as assigned but not determined at the time of hire.
Minimum Requirements And Qualification
- 0-2 years' proven experience in greeting visitors
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with a diverse group of personalities.
- Excellent organization and multi-taking skills.
- Strong MS Office, be familiar with Canva and Mail Chimp software.
