Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble components of a battery or a full battery according to instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Participate in the different manufacturing process as designated on a daily basis by the production supervisor.
- Evaluate the accuracy of parts and components used in the assembly process.
- Report any assembly-related problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working in an industrial environment (manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, etc.)
- Completion of an Eos approved Partnership Training Program
Working Conditions
The worker may be subject to hazards including physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, vibration, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to temperature changes, or exposure to chemicals.
The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Close visual acuity is required for tasks such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection, using measurement devices, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment, including but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and lab coats. The employee may be required to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
