Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble battery components or full batteries according to specifications and quality standards.
- Participate in various manufacturing processes as designated by the production supervisor on a daily basis.
- Evaluate the accuracy of parts and components used in the assembly process.
- Report any assembly-related issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of experience working in an industrial setting (manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, etc.), or completion of an Eos-approved training program.
Working Conditions
The job may involve exposure to hazards, including physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and electrical current. The worker may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, odors, dust, mists, and gases. The noise level can be loud, requiring close visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis, machine operation, and assembly of small parts. Safety equipment is required, including eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and lab coats. Occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force may be needed to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
