EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales driver with a passion for health and wellness to take on the role of Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales). As an Assistant Fitness Manager, your core function will be to introduce new members to our Personal Training program options via complementary one-on-one training sessions to encourage them to supplement their health and wellness journey in our gyms with a licensed and experienced personal training program. This position involves working closely with our personal training team to sell training packages and provide exceptional service to our members. The ideal candidate will have personal training experience, possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, a desire to win, and a proven track record of achieving results.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct complementary one-on-one training sessions with new members to support and assess their fitness needs and goals.
- Guide new members through their initial experiences at the club, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
- Drive sales by promoting training packages and establishing rapport with members.
- Maintain club cleanliness and ensure equipment safety.
- Collaborate with the membership sales team to assist with new member onboarding and sales efforts.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for new personal training packages.
- Serve as an information hub for product knowledge, programs, and events.
- Support the onboarding and development of personal trainers under the guidance of the Fitness Manager.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
- Must have valid PT certification
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Must successfully pass a Background Check
- Ability to sit/stand/bend for extended periods of time.
- Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 1 – 9 pm
Friday | 12 – 8 pm
Incentive Opportunities:
- Variable income opportunities of up to $27,600 per year.
- Upon achieving a monthly sales target of 40 new personal training units for two consecutive months, you will be eligible for a pay increase up to a base pay of $20/hr.
