Our part-time Fitness Coordinators will actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. In this fast-paced, high-energy sales role your lively sales approach will lead you to success by supporting potential members to fulfill their health and fitness goals.
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
Position Purpose: Create connections with prospective members, helping them become members through active engagement and continuous communication.

Accountabilities:
1. Sales and Billing (Club and Individual - including membership services, products, programs)
2. Customer Service (Helpful, Solution Oriented)
3. Information Hub (Product Expert)
4. Clean, Friendly & Well-Maintained (Everyone greets and cleans!)
Job Type: Part Time, Hourly.
Schedule Requirements: 20 hours a week, must be available to work Thursdays and at least one weekend day.
