- Guest Service:
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Ensure all servers are attentive to guests' needs, including food and beverage service.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of servers, ensuring high levels of professionalism and customer service.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily specials, menu changes, and other important information.
- Assign server sections and manage the flow of the dining room to ensure efficient service.
- Operational Support:
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are correct and timely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
- Training & Development:
- Assist in the directing new servers, ensuring they understand menu items, and service protocols
- Provide ongoing feedback to servers, helping them improve their performance and guest interactions.
- Administrative Duties:
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on service improvements.
- Proven Restaurant Leadership Server and Waitress experience.
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
