Description
Responsibilities:
- Planning: Designing and execute plans to meet sales targets
- Goals: Create and communicate the progress of sales goals
- Communication: effectively communicate propositions through presentations and proposals
- Relationships: Developing and cultivating relationships with clients to understand their objectives
- Evaluation: Evaluating costs to determine pricing
- Reports: Creating sales reports on forces that shift strategic directions and tactical budgets
- Estimates: Building profit estimates for products
- Training: Training sales managers
- Identification: Identifying key markets and pursuing new business opportunities
- Trends: Staying on top of emerging trends and landscapes
- Collaboration: Collaborating with teams to accomplish goals
- Travel: Attend trade shows to gain varied industry connections
- Networking: Attend local community meetings such as Chamber of Commerce to represent Beach House interests
- Sell, sell, selling: Increasing sales revenue YOY
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a managerial-level position such as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, or similar role.
- Be able to attend meetings, greet clients, and execute site visits.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Understanding of how to position products against competitors
