The Welcome Center Agent’s job duties and responsibilities are to include, but are not limited to :
- Greet and welcome all guests, marina and condo owners, contractors, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operates gate functions per hotel policies.
- Directs all incoming traffic to correct area of property.
- Record arriving guest car information, relaying to MOD for tracking.
- Records all vender and contractors incoming and departing property.
- To understand how to utilize software related to Welcome Center operations such as Visual One, HotSos, Zingle, Saflok, and any other necessary software.
- Assist Front Desk staff with hotel guest check in as needed.
- Report all deliveries to hotel and marina at time of entry.
- Collects all outgoing mail for pick up; Collects all incoming mail and notifies MOD.
- Communicate with all departments in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be aware of current hotel and local attractions and restaurants to make recommendations to guests.
- Understand and respond to all guests needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow all policies and procedures per hotel guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Other duties and cross training as assigned by Manger on Duty.
- Must comply with Company’s Appearance and Dress Code policy at all times.
