About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join our team at eos Products. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You will design and implement quality assurance policies and procedures, establish and maintain a quality system, and conduct random inspections and quality control checks. Additionally, you will manage investigations with the ability to assess CAPA effectiveness and team management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality systems to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards
• Conduct random inspections and quality control checks
• Manage investigations with the ability to assess CAPA effectiveness
• Team Management: manage and supervise the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Work with cross-departmental leadership to ensure high-quality products are delivered on schedule
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in quality management, Engineering, Chemistry, or a relevant combination of education and work experience
• ~7 years of experience in quality roles within the personal care, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with quality competencies such as AQL, root cause analysis, and CAPA management
