WHAT YOU WILL DO :
As a Senior Product Lifecycle Manager , you will be supporting the Operations / Supply Chain interface to the Engineering and deployment teams. You will share responsibility for driving supply chain operations, and new product implementation from planning through production ramp, You will need to demonstrate material readiness to support all product lifecycle transitions. Supporting materials optimization to accommodate required changes in schedule or demand will be a core part of this program of work. In this program, you will work with cross functional stakeholders to plan and prioritize to ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned.
This role is expected to last no more than 12 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Define, organize, and manage the activities that lead to the outcomes of required deliverables
- Effectively monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Align stakeholders on decisions and changing circumstances.
- Understand E2E process and tools from all aspects of Supply Chain ie Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Planning and Supply Operations.
- Measure and publish process metrics to drive consensus in teams based on understanding of issues, and to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Leverage continuous improvement approach including ability to identify and implement process improvements for the larger group or organization.
- Proactively identify and implement processes improvements in medium to large work groups
- Organize ambiguous projects into clear longer-term (6 months) objectives.
- Manage escalations and unblock constraints and dependencies.
- Have advanced communication management skills, including writing and presentations, and ability to represent programs from business perspectives.
- Have relevant domain knowledge required to perform the job e.g., Networking , Supply Chain process (PLM, Supply Planning, Supply Operations)
- Demonstrate technical understanding to the degree required and comfortability working with engineers and with technology.

Pay Range
110,000—$130,000 USD
