Partners Personnel is currently assisting our client in finding candidates for their  Business Developer / Account Manager  opening. Our client is located in Kennesaw GA . and this position is being offered as a direct hire / permanent placemen t for the selected candidate. Our client is privately owned and operated fabrication company started 30 years ago and their production is a product and service that is very niche and unique. Candidates that have past experience in construction, manufacturing or engineering would be given strong preference in consideration. Experience and successful track history of building relationships with assigned customers, being responsive, and demonstrating superior service mentality is essential. Maximizing business opportunities with new and existing clients, presenting quotes, obtaining approvals, fabrication commitments, change orders and submitting / collecting deposit invoices will be included in daily skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Explain fabrication process, timelines, and introduce Project Coordinator to the customer
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Enter sales
  • Work with Project coordinator to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met
  • Maintain YOY increases in sales revenues with each assigned brand while attracting new brands
  • Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels of fulfillment
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to pursue identified opportunities
  • Organize, update, and maintain customer base in CRM by recording changes to customer accounts, updating service requests, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
  • Act as the primary responder for all incoming assigned client and customer calls
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
  • Collecting necessary customer information, Entering pre-quotes
  • Creating design requests

Qualifications :

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced market under pressure and tight deadlines
