Partners Professional is currently seeking a Customer Service and administrative assistant for our client located in Ft. Myers. This position will be a full-time, Monday-Friday, on-site role. The selected candidate will be supporting their team with order processing, quotes, responding to customer calls and inquires, answering phones, and internal audits prior to shipment along with other clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and collating orders.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Order processing
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Punctual, reliable attendance
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills to include the use of applicable
terminology used in the industry and proper grammar
