What are the responsibilities and job description for the Curriculum Instructor position at EP!C?
Position Objective: Under the supervision of Educational Coordinator, perform tasks as assigned. Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and delivering courses. The Curriculum Instructor is responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results. Will follow Rule 50, Department of Human Services Rule 115, Rule 116, Rule 119, Rule 120 and other relevant regulatory guidelines.

Program /Department Development, and Coordination
Formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
Select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops.
Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, use of computers and software, interpersonal skills, quality and process issues, and product knowledge.
Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
Report on progress of trainees under guidance during training periods.
Maintain trainee records.
Communicate with co-workers, management, people we support and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Contribute to and maintain a healthy and productive work environment.

As a mandated reporter ensures all allegations, abuse, and neglect are reported as required.
Education/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years’ previous teaching experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Valid Driver’s License or State ID.
