Job Description:
EP Co is on the lookout for a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational skills to join our Finance and Ops team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various disciplines across the agency, driving operational efficiencies for both the agency and our clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Procurement and Accounts Payable processes. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Corporate Credit Card Reconciliations: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations.
- Vendor Invoice Management: Collaborate with Shared Services to process vendor invoices promptly and troubleshoot any issues.
- Expense Report Review: Review and approve T&E reports to ensure compliance with internal and client policies.
- GL Coding: Review GL coding for new purchase order creation.
- Timesheet Adjustments: Process and document timesheet adjustments.
- Audit Support: Provide support for audits as requested.
Skills and Experience:
- Educational Background: Associate’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is REQUIRED (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
- Personal Attributes: Initiative, a willingness to help others, and a strong desire to learn the accounting and finance functions in an agency environment.
