What Account Leadership Does
Create, manage and expand the conditions for great work and ideas to flourish. This individual is responsible for overseeing a large-scale national brand account. As an integral part of the leadership team, you will work closely with leadership in setting the direction of the account and supporting agency growth.
What You Do
Responsible for the overall service and profitability of assigned account(s). The face of management on a day-to-day basis with clients and within our walls. Assist the development of business/general marketing strategy, process/communications management, and people/relationship building while maintaining cost controls. Role typically reports to a Group Account Director.
The Management Supervisor is a trusted advisor and knows the client’s business deeply. You’ll connect the dots for the team while recognizing opportunities, selling ideas, contributing to their development, protecting them from everyone, and help bring it all to life…all while mentoring your team to great things.
What You Bring:
Usually has 10 years of general advertising experience in an agency. Bachelor’s degree, although not particular to subject. Team management and leadership experience. Client relationship and persuasion skills. You’ve led creative from inception to production and introduced to the world. Having worked with integrated media teams (planning, buying, and analytics) enough you know how to decipher, translate and led media discussions as needed. And of course, you are buttoned up and insanely detail oriented.
