Brief Summary of Duties:

• Determine marketability of and set Fair Market Value (FMV) pricing on all non-enterprise specialty items such as, but not limited to, mobile devices, switches, scanners, projectors, and printers.
• Work with ITAD Reps and Sales VP on special buy in projects
• Review profiles to verify manufacturer, series, model, weight, etc. are accurate.
• Merge profile as needed.
• Respond to disposition and FMV review inquiries
• Manage Review Queue daily
• Identify products that may have special data concerns and mark them appropriately
• Other duties as assigned by department
  
  
  

Experience and/or Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• A background working with IT equipment
• Familiar with selling on eBay and other online markets
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Microsoft Office Suite skills with emphasis on Excel and ability to perform constant data entry
• A self-starter, able to multi-task and be able to work quickly and efficiently
  
  
  

Experience and/or Education Preferred:

• Previous employment in computer related job
• A certification or IT type degree
• Knowledge of EPC’s Iinvision and Everest software
• Background in marketing

• Willing to interact with sales staff and management over email and in person
• Ability to productively work as an individual and as part of a team
• Is outgoing, energetic, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
• Be creative when it comes to marketing and be able to quickly understand the value of IT type product
• Prepared to express their opinion on the value of an item and support it with thorough research, even when their perspective may be in the minority
