If you are selected, you will receive sales commission and a sales incentive checks for all projects you sell ....
and a profit sharing incentive for ALL SALES of the Company (if you meet reasonable sales goals.) If you sold $5 M in solar PV this year for your current company and do can do the same for my start-up, your total commissions and profit sharing will be between $300 K to $600 K, depending on gross margins.
If you can sell one large project for $20 M, your total commissions and profit-sharing should be over $1 M.
