Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement requests from initial sourcing to final delivery.
- Issue and oversee RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, conducting bid analyses and commercial evaluations.
- Engage with suppliers and internal teams (engineering, project management, legal, risk, etc.) to ensure seamless procurement operations.
- Oversee supplier pre-qualification and coordinate approvals.
- Process and manage purchase orders in SAP, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and provide status updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned POs, resolving inquiries and discrepancies.
- SAP experience is a must
- 3–10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of P2P lifecycle, including vendor master, purchase orders, and supplier qualification.
- Ability to manage high-volume purchasing with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills—able to speak up, identify problems, and propose solutions.
- Oil and gas procurement experience (strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred but not required).
- Power BI familiarity (not required, but a plus).
- Be part of a structured, process-oriented procurement team of 10 buyers.
- Work on critical energy projects in a dynamic environment.
