Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HV electrical crews and ensure safe work practices
- Coordinate installation of transformers, switchgear, and interconnection equipment
- Monitor QA/QC and commissioning of HV systems
- Interface with utilities and ensure compliance with electrical standards
- 5 years in high-voltage electrical construction
- Experience with utility-scale solar or substations
- Knowledge of NEC, NESC, and relevant codes
- Strong leadership and field coordination skills
