Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Microsoft Intune Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize device management and security solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune, ensuring a seamless user experience while maintaining the security and compliance of the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Device Management:
- Administer and support endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS).
- Deploy, update, and manage applications, operating systems, and security policies across devices.
- Security and Compliance:
- Configure compliance policies, conditional access rules, and endpoint protection settings.
- Implement device encryption, password policies, and secure access for corporate data.
- Monitor compliance and address security vulnerabilities proactively.
- Configuration and Deployment:
- Set up profiles, policies, and configurations for device enrollment and management.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues, device configurations, and application installations.
- Leverage Intune AutoPilot for efficient device provisioning.
- Integration and Support:
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Intune with other Microsoft services (Azure AD, Office 365, etc.).
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for Intune-related issues and endpoint management.
- Optimize Intune configurations based on evolving business needs and best practices.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Use the Microsoft Endpoint Manager portal to monitor devices and generate reports on compliance and usage.
- Analyze logs and provide recommendations for system performance improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and related tools (Endpoint Manager).
- Strong knowledge of device enrollment methods, application deployment, and policy configuration.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) and its integration with Intune.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting for task automation.
- Familiarity with IT security principles and practices, such as MDM/MAM and Zero Trust architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications like Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Knowledge of third-party MDM solutions or co-management setups.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, BitLocker management, and device analytics.
- Familiarity with Group Policy Object (GPO) migration to Intune.
