Key Responsibilities
- Assemble printed circuit boards and perform SMT assembly.
- Fabricate box build and subassembly components.
- Operate semi-automated equipment for radial component assembly.
- Solder assembled boards as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Dexterity and fine motor skills for small part handling.
- Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in assembly and manufacturing.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
