Commercial Service Inside Sales Specialist
We are looking for a charismatic teammate who will solidify prospect, customer, and business partner relationships to consistently generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Advance the implementation, execution and refinement of the Department’s estimating process to maximize efficiencies/economies of scale and customer satisfaction
- Respond to customers in a timely manner; ensure 100% quality on all customer service calls
- Assist with the redemption of Inside Quote revenue
- Assist in the preparation of customer solutions to satisfy business problems and service expectations
- Market and promote the Company on a full-time basis
- Create and submit accurate proposals; follow-up accordingly
- Build rapport with customers and have the sales ability to leverage those relationships
- Manage multiple priorities with the best customer service and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher completed education
- Minimum 2 years ‘business to business’ sales experience
- Motivated and determined self-starter
- Energetic individual with a positive disposition
