In this position, you will serve as a technical liaison between sales teams and customers, supporting the implementation of cutting-edge EV charging infrastructure while ensuring optimal system integration and compatibility.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead interoperability testing and validation of EV charging systems, including OCPP 1.6 / 2.0.1 protocols and vehicle compatibility standards (DIN70121 and ISO15118)
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product specifications, installation planning, and system commissioning
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting using data mining, log analysis, and performance testing to resolve complex technical issues
- Support RFI / RFP processes by reviewing technical specifications and contributing to product positioning strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and operations to ensure successful project delivery
- Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and various locations to provide technical support and represent the company
