What are the responsibilities and job description for the PARKS/MAINTENANCE General Crew Member position at Ephrata Recreation Center?
```Duties:```
- Perform various groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months
- Maintain and care for landscapes, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
- Assist with hardscape projects such as installing walkways or retaining walls
```Skills:```
- Experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping
- Mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
