We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with various office tasks including proofreading documents and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with some animal care
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience- Required Skills:
- Proficiency in customer service and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles or as a medical receptionist
- Knowledge of Google Suite for office productivity
