Our Community is seeking an Assistant Property Manager who is ready to make a difference in our customer's lives. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home, creating leases with current tenants, and perform managerial duties concerning the property as directed. As an Assistant Property Manager/ Leasing Manager your duties will include the following: Screen all incoming residents by qualification standards with strong telephone skills Someone who is naturally cheerful and upbeat Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office Contribute new ideas, solutions, and participate in brainstorming with staff Conduct off-site marketing and assist in preparing marketing plans Assist with resident programs and retention Assist Property manager with all duties such as Delinquency, rent renewals and Paperwork

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
