Job description
We’re a high volume ECommerce company looking for an Inventory Manager to lead our inventory control and accuracy efforts in our 90,000 sq. ft. Warehouse. The Inventory Manager will own inventory control from the time products arrive at our warehouse, as they move within our warehouse, and until they ship out to customers. You will help create/refine the inventory control process and lead a team to track inventory accuracy, find missing products, and continually improve the process.
Requirements:
- Manage inventory tracking system to ensure inventory accuracy from delivery through shipment – including stock movement during transfer, picking, and back-to-stock processes
- Lead cycle count process to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies early before they result in lost sales
- Oversee team of inventory associates
- Help Receiving consolidate stock weekly from multiple locations to single locations as inventory is depleted
- Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Work with warehouse leadership to optimize inventory locations for workflow efficiency
- Propose strategies to reduce costs and increase inventory turns
- Report on inventory levels and process effectiveness to upper management.
- Manage and training of new inventory employees.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Inventory management experience with minimum 1,000 SKUs
- Ability to work full-time, in-house in our Warehouse
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Computer literate
- Organized and Neat
- Attention to Detail
- Good communication skills
- Authorized to work in the US
In this role, you will work closely with our onsite Shipping, Receiving and Returns managers - as well our IT department, located offsite.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
