Vice President Operations (Manufacturing-Bilingual Spanish)

We are a growing food manufacturing organization with a strong customer service focus seeking an Operations Leader.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to manufacturing functions, focused on safety in operations, product quality, efficiency, production scheduling and inventory management.
• Lead work priorities / timelines and allocate resources to assure assigned plant goals and timelines are met.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement key manufacturing systems, policies and projects to ensure all products manufactured meet critical quality attributes and specifications, and successfully collaborate cross-functionally to ensure each operational unit has the appropriate resource support to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., FDA, GMP, NSF).
• Refine systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets.
• Leads and develops a strong daily management process with production team to deliver on operational KPIs and business financials.
• Responsible for overseeing first and second shift production

Qualifications / Experience

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma experience is a plus

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Compensation based on experience. Salary $225,000 plus bonus.
