Job Description
Epic Breakroom Solutions currently has an opening for an Administrative Assistant. Job duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Management of systems used for our Micro Market and Vending Machines
- Computer based work- Excel and/or Google Sheets is used daily.
- Communication between Route Drivers about changes within the Micro Markets and Vending Machines
- Entering Invoices into our bookkeeping system, reconciliations and daily maintenance/upkeep of that system.
- End of Month Duties including invoicing customers, running reports, and reconciliations of credit cards and bank accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualified candidates must also possess the following:
- Possess valid driver’s license.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
