Job Summary
Mooresville's (20 minutes north of Charlotte) most popular fine dining restaurants (Dinner only) is looking for an entry level front of house manager. Qualified applicants must have 2 years of management experience in a high volume environment. After training period, the area of responsibility turns to service management or bar management so experience with both is even more important. We have one of the best staffs in all of the Charlotte area and are looking to expand with two more restaurants each year with in the next five years. We offer a competitive salary plus benefits. Responsibilities and Duties
Opening and closing the restaurant. Staff training and development. Cash handling. Interaction with the guest in all phases of their visit.
