The Facilities Supervisor performs administrative and supervisory duties relating to the structural, mechanical, and physical maintenance and repair of the facilities and upkeep of the building and grounds. Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to facilities capital projects/management, alterations and repairs, consulting with contractors, conducting site surveys, preparing job estimates, and supervising and training employees.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Directs, supervises, and evaluates department staff; ensures staff receives training related to specific job task and responsibilities.
· Schedules and supervises maintenance workers engaged in building and grounds upkeep and repair; responsible for safety and security, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation services.
· Develops, implements, and supervises preventative maintenance and renovation programs for buildings, grounds, mechanical and electrical, utility, and safety and security systems.
· Supervises custodial crew engaged in cleaning the plant, offices, and premises.
· Prepares specifications for physical plant projects; estimates costs of equipment, materials, labor, and supplies; prepares bid specifications for projects, equipment, and contracted services; oversees site and building projects performed by outside contractors.
· Oversees facilities vehicles maintenance.
· Responsible for Compliance with all Epic GMPs & Safety Policies.
· Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is an advantage.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Leadership.
- Basic HVAC systems knowledge
- Problem Solving/Analysis.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Results Driven.
- Previous experience in a warehouse.
- Facilities Capital Projects/Management.
- High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a save work environment.

- Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ABILITIES:
· The employee must be able to work 8 hour shifts.
· The ability to work frequent overtime hours.
· The ability to work weekends if/when required.
· The employee must be able to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms on a frequent basis.
· The employee must be able to work in a cold and hot environment.
· Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
