This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in the event industry. The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We primarily serve Corporate Events, Weddings, Holiday Parties, Proms, and more, which are mostly held on weekends and occasionally during the week.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $18/hr (bi-weekly pay)
- Schedule: Part-time; primarily weekends and evenings/nights
- Location: Tampa Bay, St. Pete, Clearwater, FL area
- Start Date: Hiring in the next 2-4 weeks

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down photo booths, including AI-Powered Photo Booth and 360 Photo Booth.
- Operate photo booth technology and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Manage the digital sharing station and instruct guests on how to access their photos via text, email, QR code, and more.
- Ensure all props are accounted for and returned at the end of each event.
- Report any damaged props or photo booths to management immediately
- Send post event report to manager
- Capture engaging content of guests using the photo booth and props.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to event attendees.
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in the event industry is a plus.
- A friendly, energetic, outgoing and positive personality.
- Punctual, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (to drive to office/events).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to obtain a Pinellas County FL School Level 2 Screening/Contractor Badge if requested.
- Availability Fridays and Saturdays during our busiest season (Sept - Dec & Feb - May).
- Comfortable lifting more than 50 lbs for equipment setup.
- Familiarity with operating iPads and basic computer functions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests.
