Summary

As the Logistics and Fulfillment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the overall supply chain, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our product from source to delivery. Your strategic oversight will encompass inbound logistics operations, outbound logistics, 3PL partner management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, managing negotiations and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply continuity.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for logistics performance, ensuring on time delivery and shipment cost goals are met.
  • Coordinating with our 3PL partners to import of FCL and LTL shipments globally,
  • Manage the distribution of finished products, including order fulfillment, and transportation.
  • Develop strategies to ensure timely delivery to customers, optimizing routes and reducing transportation costs.
  • Freight dispute management to oversee shorts, damages, and claims.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to streamline the supply chain aspects of new product launches, ensuring that supply chain strategies align with brand objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain operations, regularly analyzing processes to identify areas for efficiency gains.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Monitor the supply chain landscape for emerging trends and technologies, adopting innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role, with a proven track record in managing both inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in branded product development is highly desirable, contributing insights on supply chain capabilities and constraints during the product life cycle.

Compensation & Benefits & Perks

  • Base Compensation: This role is an internal level of specialist with base compensation starting at $85,000 depending on location, experience, and industry demands.
  • This role is eligible for a team performance bonus at 10%.
