Job Description:
The Human Resources/Site Manager is responsible for overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and managing the daily operations of the site. This role requires a strategic approach to workforce management, operational oversight, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with experience in HR and site management, capable of balancing operational efficiency with employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Functions
o Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
o Recruit talent
o Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluations.
o Address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations when necessary.
o Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
2. Site Management
o Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
o Manage site budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
o Supervise and mentor site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
o Monitor site performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
3. Strategic Planning and Leadership
o Collaborate with senior leadership to align site operations with organizational goals.
o Lead change management efforts to adapt to evolving business needs.
o Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet current and future demands.
4. Safety and Compliance
o Ensure the site adheres to health and safety standards.
o Conduct regular safety training and audits.
5. Employee Engagement and Development
o Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.
o Deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in HR management and/or site operations.
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong moral and ethical code
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent administrative skills
Training:
· Staff must be currently certified in: CPR, First Aid, Management of Aggressive Behavior or Behavioral Supports and verification of Tuberculosis screening.
Background Investigation:
· Staff must successfully complete a criminal background records check conducted by the DBHDS criminal background investigation unit.
· Staff must also have a central registry check completed and must not have any history of positive findings.
