• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using low-code and no-code platforms like n8n.
• Build and maintain custom front-end and back-end components to enhance platform functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code when custom development is required.
• Create integrations to connect systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow automation.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, operations, and leadership, to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify technology-driven improvements that align with EPIC’s mission of patient-centered care.
• Prototype and test innovative tools that enhance care delivery and operational efficiency.

• Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest technologies, tools, and best practices.

• Ensure all solutions comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive patient data and system integrity.

• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in low-code and no-code platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with traditional programming languages such as JavaScript, Python.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

• Proficiency in building APIs and integrating multiple systems.
• Strong understanding of database design, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
