Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Website Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize our websites to enhance user experience, drive traffic, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design, development, SEO, and analytics, with the ability to align the website with overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Optimization:
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Launch new pages and upkeep design
- Implement new website features, pages, or updates as needed.
- Monitor website performance, identifying and resolving issues related to speed, functionality, or errors.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the website is mobile-friendly, responsive, and accessible to all users.
Marketing Integration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement landing pages for campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Integrate marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools) into the website for seamless data tracking.
- Manage website forms, lead capture tools, and marketing automation workflows.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for on-page and technical SEO.
- Monitor and analyze search engine performance, making recommendations to improve rankings and traffic.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to track website performance, user behavior, and marketing campaign results.
- Generate and share regular reports on key website metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Project Management:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure cohesive website strategies.
- Manage website projects from concept to completion, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing marketing-focused websites or similar roles.
- Proficiency in website platforms (e.g., WordPress) and HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages is a plus.
- Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or related fields.
