Job Summary
The Practice Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for expanding EPIC Health’s network by sourcing and engaging medical practices interested in exploring acquisition opportunities. This role requires extensive research, high-volume outbound calling, and relationship-building skills to attract and nurture potential sellers.
You'll be the critical first point of contact, helping to set the tone for partnerships that can change lives—and reshape the future of healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Identify: Conduct thorough research to identify medical practices that may be interested in selling or partnering.
High-Volume Outreach: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to introduce our acquisition services and generate interest.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective practices through follow-ups and relationship management.
Lead Sourcing: Utilize online databases, industry publications, referrals, and networking events to gather new leads.
Lead Qualification: Collaborate with our acquisition and leadership teams to qualify leads and schedule meetings with interested owners.
Present Solutions: Prepare and deliver acquisition proposals tailored to the unique needs of each practice owner.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and progress within our CRM system.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
Results-Driven: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and acquisitions within the healthcare industry.
Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze information quickly and effectively.
A broad network that can help open doors to medical practices in the market to sell or partner.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills — you know how to build rapport fast.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales tools.
Knowledge of medical practice operations and the healthcare landscape is a major plus.
