Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify medical practices that may be interested in selling their practice.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential sellers to introduce our acquisition services and gauge interest.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective medical practices through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
- Utilize various sources, including online databases, industry publications, and networking events, to gather leads.
- Collaborate with the acquisition team to qualify leads and set up meetings with interested parties.
- Prepare and present acquisition proposals to medical practice owners.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and acquisitions within the healthcare industry
- Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze information effectively.
- Broad network that can open doors for practices that are in the market to sell.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with medical practice operations is a plus.
