Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales and Marketing Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the sales and marketing functions by managing analytics, overseeing project management, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing our CRM, driving sales and marketing projects to completion, and providing clarity and continuity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
CRM Management :
- Maintain and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and implement CRM best practices and training for the sales and marketing teams.
Project Management :
Manage and oversee sales and marketing projects from initiation to completion.Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.Coordinate project tasks and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Coordination and Communication :
Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams and other departments.Facilitate clear and consistent communication to ensure project continuity and clarity.Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing.Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles.Analytics and Reporting :
Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure performance and identify trends.Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with various departments to support sales and marketing initiatives.Provide clarity and guidance on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.Ensure alignment and coordination across the organization to achieve common objectives.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3 years of experience in sales and marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.What We Offer :
