As a Controller, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of our operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and has experience with costing, labor contributions, and financial management, this position is for you!
Controller What You’ll Do :
- Lead a team of two finance professionals, managing day-to-day operations in the finance office
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy in aging totals, DSO, and credit risk levels
- Supervise the customer onboarding process to ensure financial stability
- Manage weekly and monthly financial closings, including all aspects of the annual financial review audit
- Compile monthly financial reports and post GL adjustment entries
- Audit internal batch postings for A / R and A / P, as well as inbound and outbound wires and credit transactions
- Actively participate in management and leadership meetings, contributing to key decision-making processes
