Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership and direction for the nursing department
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Oversee resident care and maintain high-quality clinical outcomes

  • RN License in PA (Required)
  • Previous DON or ADON experience in a skilled nursing facility (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and best practices in long-term care
