Your Role:
As the Infection Preventionist/Educator, you will:
- Develop, implement, and monitor infection control programs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Educate staff on infection prevention protocols, policies, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reviews to identify and address potential risks.
- Lead staff training programs to foster a culture of safety, learning, and professional development.

What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN license in the state of New Jersey (required).
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or willingness to obtain it (preferred).
- Previous experience in infection prevention and control, ideally in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
