Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll oversee unit activities and staff assignments, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff and provide guidance on best practices
- Maintain accurate records of patient vital signs, treatments, and responses
- Administer medications and treatments as needed, under the supervision of physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Current RN license in New York State
- Experience working with geriatric patients and short-term rehab populations
- Progressive nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
